The national curriculum for Primary Schools contains reference to the work of Vision Aid Overseas. It is contained in Unit 17 of the Geography Schemes of Work for Year 2 Children (6-7 year olds) under the title Global Eye. The complete unit can also be viewed and downloaded on the National Curriculum website.

Organising a fundraising event is a fantastic way to engage with school children about the importance of eye care and charities.
