Happy New Year to all of our supporters

Vision Aid Overseas would like to wish all of its members and supporters a very Happy New Year and to thank everyone for their support during 2011.
2011 was a good year for Vision Aid Overseas; the charity sent 26 volunteer teams out to Burkina Faso, Ethiopia, Ghana, India, Malawi, Uganda and Zambia and saw over 32,000 patients as well as providing over 9,800 hours of personnel training.
Our volunteers are crucial in making these excellent results happen but we wouldn't be able to send the volunteers overseas without our supporters' help!
We have some ambitious plans for 2012 and look forward to sharing these with everyone as the year progresses.
In the meantime, if getting fit is one of your resolutions for this year, why not think about entering the British 10K run on Sunday, 8 July? We have 24 places available so if you'd like to run and help the world to see, please get in touch with our fundraising manager, Jane Lyons.
